Return  and Refund Policy

When and How Can a Customer Request a Return?

Once you have received your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days to decide if the product meets your expectations. If there are items in your order that you wish to return, please fill out the return form.

After completing and submitting the return form or the notification regarding the customer’s desire to return, we, Nuvotera.com, will arrange for the free collection of the package by our partner courier, Sameday or Packeta, to be sent back to us.

When Does the 14-Days Period Start for the Customer?

The 14-days period starts for the customer from the moment the package is received by them.

Refund of the Paid Amount

After we have received and inspected the returned product, we will inform you and notify you when the return is accepted.

If the return is accepted, the amount paid will be refunded via bank transfer.

DIGITALEASE SOLUTIONS S.R.L. undertakes to refund the value of the returned products within 14 calendar days of receiving them, based on the return form or the notification sent by email to contact@nuvotera.com, completed by the customer.

The amount paid for the returned products and transportation will be refunded by the seller to the account indicated by the customer within 14 days of receiving the returned products.

If more than 14 calendar days have passed since the return was accepted, please contact us at contact@nuvotera.com

In the return form/written notification, the details and bank account of the person requesting the return will be completed, including name, surname, and order number.

The return form available on the website is just an example. According to legislation, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract through a clear statement, using any preferred method such as email, mail, verbally, etc.

We Do Not Charge Extra Fees for Returns

  • NO restocking fee.
  • NO return shipping fee for defective products.
  • NO return shipping fee if the customer ordered the wrong product/received the wrong product.
  • The return shipping cost is fully covered by DIGITALEASE SOLUTIONS S.R.L., the company that owns the website www.nuvotera.com

Return Criteria:

  • The product must be in an unused, unopened, and unaffected condition, suitable for resale.
  • It must be returned sealed for health or hygiene protection reasons.
  • Purchased products must be in the same condition as at the time of purchase or receipt, including maintaining the packaging in intact condition.
  • Personal care items or personal hygiene products cannot be returned after being unsealed or used once, such as toothpaste, shampoo, etc., according to Article 16, letter e, of Ordinance 34/2014.
  • The return must include both the original labels and documents with which they were shipped.
  • The buyer has the option to return the products purchased from the online store nuvotera.com without having to justify the decision to withdraw and without incurring any other costs.

Refund or Replacement of a Product

If a different product or quantity was delivered, you need to notify the seller to resolve the situation. If the product is no longer available in stock, the buyer can opt for a replacement with another product or a full refund of the value.

Additionally, if the customer ordered the wrong product, they can opt to exchange it for the correct product.
