This policy is valid for orders from Romania, Bulgaria or Hungary. The purpose of the shipping policy is to familiarize you with the shipping policy and its associated procedures. Shipping Cost

Romania

The shipping cost to your door via Sameday (Sameday – Door Delivery) is 3 EUR throughout Romania, with no additional costs.

The shipping cost via Sameday Easybox (Sameday – EasyBox) is 2 EUR throughout Romania, with no additional costs.

Bulgaria, Hungary

The shipping cost to your door via Sameday (Sameday Crossborder – Door Delivery) is 4,5 EUR throughout Bulgaria or Hungary, with no additional costs.

The shipping cost via Sameday Easybox (Sameday Crossborder – Locker EasyBox) is 3,5 EUR throughout Bulgaria or Hungary, with no additional costs.

You benefit from free shipping for orders over 50 EUR.

Shipping Time and Transit Duration

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday) before being handed over to the courier.

Packages are typically in transit with the courier for 2-4 business days (Monday to Friday).

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, and the last shipment will be at 3:00 PM (Romania time).

Delivery and Tracking of Your Package

As soon as your order is picked up by the courier, you will receive a confirmation email regarding the delivery of your order. These emails will include the tracking number of the package and the courier company’s website, along with an approximate delivery date estimate.

Changing the Delivery Destination

Once the package is in transit, we are unable to change the delivery address. If you wish to change the delivery address of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order at the email address contact@nuvotera.com

Cancelling a Placed Order

If you decide to change your mind before receiving your order, we offer the option to cancel the order at any time before it is handed over to the courier. Please also refer to our return policy.

Packages Damaged in Transit

If your package is damaged during transit, please, if possible, refuse to accept the package in front of the courier and contact us using the details in the contact section. If the package was delivered without you being present, please contact us following the steps below:
