The general terms and conditions outlined below will be valid for all sales transactions of goods conducted through the online store www.nuvotera.com.

We recommend you read the terms and conditions carefully before purchasing or using any product from our site. Using the site implies acceptance and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

Acceptance of the terms and conditions occurs when you create a Client Account and select the option: “I have read and accept the Terms and Conditions”. By selecting this option and the Validation button, you confirm that you agree to abide by the terms and conditions you have read, understood, and accepted in full.

We reserve the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice or acceptance from users.


CLIENT – any individual or legal entity that uses the Site by creating and managing an Account and who has consented to these General Terms and Conditions.

ORDER – any request for the purchase of one or more products made by a Client on the website www.nuvotera.com. Placing an order automatically implies acceptance of the site’s Terms and Conditions.

ACCOUNT – the section of the Site intended for the Client’s personal information, including order history and identification data, accessed through an email address and password.

CONTRACT – this document which regulates the general Terms and Conditions for the online sale of our products, as well as the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Client starting from the confirmation and acceptance of the Order.

SHOPPING CART – the section of the Site containing information about the products selected by the Client for purchase.

BUYER – any Client who makes a purchase on the Site.

PRODUCT – any item available for purchase on the Site, which can be selected by the Client by placing an Order. The products are categorized, and additional details about them are available on each product page.

DELIVERY FEE – the amount the Client pays to the Seller for delivering the products to their home. The delivery fee is included in the final price of the Order (*for orders under 50 EUR by Courier).


The platform is dedicated to the online sale of products intended for oral care and teeth whitening. It reserves the right to adjust the content of the site as needed.


Creating a Client Account

Any individual or legal entity can register an account by completing the appropriate fields. The Client must provide accurate information for account creation and order processing and must not disclose access data to other persons, assuming responsibility for any damage caused by breaching this obligation. Account creation is only possible after accepting the presented Terms and Conditions.

Placing an Order

To place an order, the Client can call the phone number listed in the “Contact” section or follow these steps for an online order:

  • Log in or create an account if one does not already exist (optional).
  • Select the desired products and add them to the cart using the “Add to cart” option. The product summary can be viewed in the “Shopping Cart” section on the right side of the page.
  • Simply adding products to the cart, without completing the order, will not generate order registration or automatic reservation of the product.
  • Complete the personal data necessary for order processing, such as name, contact details, delivery address, etc.
  • Select the payment method: online by card or cash.
  • Before finalizing the order, the Client can check the details: selected products, quantity, delivery fee, payment method. After sending the order or verifying the bank details by the payment processor, the Client will receive an email confirmation of the order at the email address associated with their account.
  • Any order placed on the site is subject to the availability of products and delivery/shipping services.
  • The Client can modify order details by calling the phone number listed on the site, provided the products are not already in the process of being delivered to the Client.
  • If an order detail is incorrect, the Client must inform us in a timely manner, from receipt until the order is dispatched from the warehouse.

We reserve the right to cancel the order placed by the Client, with prior notification, without involving any subsequent obligation or damages, in the following situations:

  • non-acceptance of the transaction by the Client’s card issuing bank in the case of online payment;
  • invalidation of the transaction by the card processor accepted by nuvotera.com in the case of online payment;
  • the Client providing incorrect or incomplete data.

Shipping Policy

This policy is valid for orders from Romania, Bulgaria or Hungary. The purpose of the shipping policy is to familiarize you with the shipping policy and its associated procedures. By placing an order in this store, you agree to the shipping policy and its rules. All products are delivered and sold from our own stock.

Shipping Cost


The shipping cost to your door via Sameday (Sameday – Door Delivery) is 3 EUR throughout Romania, with no additional costs.

The shipping cost via Sameday Easybox (Sameday – EasyBox) is 2 EUR throughout Romania, with no additional costs.

Bulgaria, Hungary

The shipping cost to your door via Sameday (Sameday Crossborder – Door Delivery) is 4,5 EUR throughout Bulgaria or Hungary, with no additional costs.

The shipping cost via Sameday Easybox (Sameday Crossborder – Locker EasyBox) is 3,5 EUR throughout Bulgaria or Hungary, with no additional costs.

You benefit from free shipping for orders over 50 EUR.

Shipping Time and Transit Duration

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday) before being handed over to the courier.

Packages are typically in transit with the courier for 2-4 business days (Monday to Friday).

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, and the last shipment will be at 3:00 PM (Romania time).

Delivery and Tracking of Your Package

As soon as your order is picked up by the courier, you will receive a confirmation email regarding the delivery of your order. These emails will include the tracking number of the package and the courier company’s website, along with an approximate delivery date estimate.

Changing the Delivery Destination

Once the package is in transit, we are unable to change the delivery address. If you wish to change the delivery address of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order at the email address contact@nuvotera.com

Cancelling a Placed Order

If you decide to change your mind before receiving your order, we offer the option to cancel the order at any time before it is handed over to the courier. Please also refer to our return policy.

Packages Damaged in Transit

If your package is damaged during transit, please, if possible, refuse to accept the package in front of the courier and contact us using the details in the contact section. If the package was delivered without you being present, please contact us.


The price and payment method are specified in each Order. The selling price of the Products is the one in force at the time of placing the Order, expressed in EUR (EURO) and includes VAT. Clients who opt for delivery by courier will receive the invoice corresponding to the order at the provided email address.

On our website, buyers have two payment options for their orders:

Cash on Delivery: with this method, you can pay cash to the courier when it arrives at your address, without having to pay anything in advance. Card Payment: with this method, you can pay your order in advance with your card, and your transaction will be processed through Netopia Payments – an online card payment platform. The Netopia Payments processor will not charge you an additional fee, so you will pay exactly the price displayed at checkout.


When and How Can a Client Request a Return?

Once you have received your order, you have a 14-calendar-day period to decide if the product meets your expectations. If there are items in your order that you wish to return, please fill out the return form.

After completing and submitting the return form or notification of the client’s desire to return, we, Nuvotera.com, will arrange for the collection of the package by our partner courier company Sameday or Fan Courier to send it back to us at no cost to you.

When Does the 14-Day Period Start for the Client?

The 14-day period starts for the client from the moment the package is received by them.

Refund of the Paid Amount

After we have received and inspected the returned product, we will inform you and notify you when the return is accepted.

If the return is accepted, the paid amount will be refunded via bank transfer.

We commit to refunding the value of the returned products within 14 calendar days from receiving them, based on the return form or notification sent by email contact@nuvotera.com completed by the client.

The amount paid for the returned products and the shipping will be refunded by the seller into the account indicated by the client within 14 days from receiving the returned products.

If more than 14 calendar days have passed since the return was accepted, please contact us at contact@nuvotera.com

In the return form/written notification, the requester’s details and bank account must be filled in, including name, surname, and order number.

The return form available on the site is just an example. According to the legislation, the client has the right to withdraw from the contract with a clear statement using any preferred method, such as email, post, verbal, etc.

We Do Not Charge Extra Fees for Returns

We do not charge restocking fees. We do not charge for return shipping for defective products. We do not charge for return shipping if the client ordered the wrong product/received the wrong product. We do not charge the return shipping cost; it is entirely paid by www.nuvotera.com

Criteria for Returns:

The product must be in an unused, unopened, and unaffected state, suitable for resale. It must be returned sealed for health or hygiene protection reasons. The purchased products must be in the same condition as at the time of purchase or receipt, including maintaining intact packaging. For personal care or hygiene products, these cannot be returned after being unsealed or used once, such as toothpaste, shampoo, etc., according to article 16, letter e, of Ordinance 34/2014. The return must include both the labels and the original documents with which they were shipped.

The buyer has the option to return the products purchased from the online store nuvotera.com without needing to justify the withdrawal decision and without incurring any costs.

Refund or Replacement of a Product

If a different product or quantity was delivered, you must notify the seller to remedy the situation. If the product is no longer available in stock, the buyer can choose to replace it with another product or receive a full refund.

If the client ordered a wrong product, they can opt to exchange it for the correct product.


We collect the Client’s personal data. It is the Client’s responsibility to review and comply with our privacy policy according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
